Appt. was right on time. Tech did a wonderful job of finding one of my difficult veins. Great service

The civilian woman who appeared to be in charge was fantastic. The airmen who attended to me was not so great. He seened inexperienced or tentative, he mumbled, he swayed to the music as he was drawing blood.

The process to make an appointment online is very effective and more efficient. I showed up about 20 minutes early and when I checked in, the front desk just handed me a cup for my urinalysis and told me to put it in turnstile in bathroom, so I was done and didn’t have to wait for my appointment time. Bravo on such a great system and the people at check in were very nice too!

Outstanding service! Really liked how easy it was to make an appointment online. Process from check-in to receiving results within an hour was really appreciated. This is truly trusted care.

Love the reminder emails/texts. We have used this new program twice and it was perfect both times. Kudos to all involved.

The lab techs took really great care of our baby when he came in for blood work. When he cried from the finger prick, one of the Airmen came and distracted him; it was really sweet.

I have been there twice this week. One test had a recall and I returned. Everything I experienced was excellent and professional. People were nice. Sgt Gee let them know I was returning on Friday. He had lab paperwork ready. I even used the appt system as a backup. That is also fantastic.

The guys at the front desk were very helpful. Plus that lady that drew my blood found the vein on the first try which usually doesn't happen!!

I wish they would call the day before to remind the patient if the orders in the system require fasting. Its a 30 minute drive for me to get to the lab and if it wasn't for the other tests I needed run this would have felt like a wasted trip.

All staff were extremely efficient and courteous from check-in until bloodwork was complete. The tech could tell my son was very nervous about getting blood drawn. She was super patient, explaining everything to him and waiting for him to be ready. Her reaction time was extremely quick to remedy the situation when he said he felt dizzy. Excellent experience all around!
