Efficient. Timely. Phlebotomist (last name starts with G, white guy, military) was on point with the needle. No “ouch”. System

Making an appointment online was easy and there was availability right away. Wait time was minimal and the staff super professional. All in all, that system seems to be running well.

The whole experience was much improved. I love that appointments are available now. The staff was so good. They took into account that I have a needle phobia, and my veins are not very good, so they used a small needle. First time I ever had a completely painless experience. Sgt Godu (not sure of the spelling) was excellent as was the Sgt who took care of the front of the house. I'm sorry I didn't get his name.

Sgt Goddu was great in drawing my labs, he was very personable and the labs were quick and painless!

My lab tech was above professional and knowledgeable. He also was very careful and when he stuck me I did not feel a thing.

The technician that took my blood did exceptionally well, very patient and funny. Didn’t feel a thing great job.

No issues for me. Would like to suggest a closed room for young children. The child next to me was extremely traumatized and kept crying looking around.

Great team assigned to the lab. Everyone was helpful and very nice while performing professionally.

I had an appointment. Immediately got checked in. Less than one minute I was called back for blood draw. The staff sergeant got me seated, verified my identity, took two vials of blood and sent me on for a urine sample. Check in to finished in less than ten minutes. That is what I call exemplary service although I expect nothing less from the outstanding Airman and civilians at Nellis.

Best visit I have had at the lab. Had a 7:50 appointment, showed up at 7:38. Was checked in immediately and sent for my blood draw and was finished by7:45. Thanks
