During my latest blood withdrawal the technician had a total of four sample tubes. He inserted the needle properly but after withdrawing blood for the 2nd tube he started pushing the needle to get a flow into the 3rd & 4th tube. The rubber tubing was still wrapped around my upper arm and he did not take it off until he had finished withdrawing blood. This resulted in a small bruise to my lower arm and unnecessary pain.

Much faster than with no appt

I had an appt on June 8, 2022 for 8:50am. Check in was very fast and efficient! The wait to be called back for actual blood draw/urine sample was approximately 30 minutes sadly. Phlebotomist was FANTASTIC!! I wish my time could’ve gone faster especially when it’s a fasting appt.

The desk gentleman was very friendly and had me checked in quickly.
The tech who took my blood was excellent. Also, very friendly and efficient.

Awesome team and happy to have an appointment scheduling system in place! One of the older patients overheard me say that I had an appointment and she had no idea that this was possible. She was fasting since 11PM and it was 11AM when she approached me. I shared the QR code with her so she could schedule an early appointment. She was grateful! It would be nice for the providers to encourage their patients to schedule appointments, especially for fasting labs :) Thanks for the great experience!
