Our phlebotomist was friendly as always and did great with my four year old son.

The lab is always busy, but the employees are always very pleasant, and it really doesn't take that long to get taken care of.

This is the first time I’ve made an appointment and I loved it! The front desk staff was a great help with great customer service. Thank you all and Merry Christmas

Was quick and easy with an appointment.

There is an option to schedule an appointment online and in the Nellis newsletter that is emailed out, but when I arrived I was told they are a walk-in clinic only.

Having an appointment is the way to visit the laboratory. Unfortunately, the wait to get drawn is lengthy but the phlebotomist did a wonderful job. Just stretched thin with lots of customers.

Please past on to the Hospital Commander, Hospital Administrator, and the supervisor of the Laboratory. Your lab technician (Josephine) is the Best of the Best when it comes to drawing blood. Each time I've her to draw my blood, I did not feel the needle going in, unlike some of the other technicians. Josephine is top of the line her demeaner and customer interaction is top quality, and is well deserving a promotion or pay increase at the earliest convience. MSgt USAF Ret.

Only complaint would be the waiting room is tooooo full of people which during covid is a big worry for me. I’m not even sure the fire Marshall would approve of how many people were sitting and standing around in there!

Making an appointment is very efficient. Once I learned to do this, my blood draws have gone well. There was still a wait this Monday morning, but just 10-15 minutes past the appointment time.

Other then my labs being expired and reloaded for today, the front desk provided outstanding service and thank you Mrs. Nikki for making the process relatively painless since I’m a hard stick.

Phlebotomist was outstanding, not only in that capacity but her customer service was exemplary! On a crazy busy day she still maintained her sense of humor! Congrats all around!

I had appointment. Lab was prompt, professional and great skill on the blood draw. My veins are not prominent.

Quick and efficient process!

The appointment system is awesome ... however they only had 2 techs drawing blood so it backed up considerably. Given the temporary location, everything worked out better than expected for my visit.
