Very smooth operation - especially under less than idea circumstances. The Airman who drew my blood was about as good as they get.

My phleb was wonderful! He was successful on the first attempt, which is not typical for me. I had an appointment and was taken back immediately. It was concerning that there was a room full of patients waiting for an hour when I got to walk right in. I think it definitely needs to be more clearly explained to patients, especially older ones, that the lab will be a painless visit if they make an appointment.

Everybody there was great and working hard except A1C Cruz who took 3x as long as the other employees. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he was incredibly slow whereas the others completed blood draws on 3x people in the amount of time it took him to do 1x.

Polite, fast, painless. Great lab.

I made an appointment for some blood work and I was able to check in and walk right back, it was very quick and efficient. Everyone was very kind and were all very professional.

Don’t let people check an hour ahead of their appointment time. Causes the ones following the advice of “arrive 10 minutes before appointment” to be later than scheduled.

I use this lab all the time and everyone is always professional and knowledgeable. My favorite phlebotomist is Nikki.

Making an appointment online really helped me get in and out without wasting time waiting in the sitting area. The phlebotomist did what he could to make me comfortable being that I let him know I don't do well with needles. He checked on me while he did my draw and said things to lighten up the mood. Pretty much a great experience considering I went in there to get my blood drawn.
