I appreciate the Kiosk for Check in which Expedited the process, was called in right away and my appointment was very quick.
A lot better than the old system.

I loved having am appointment. I do have a question on your policy about how soon before and after the lab can do the labs requested by the doctor. My doctor put in the request for June but called and wanted me to get the labs done in May. I was going back and forth between the clinic and the lab. The clinic said there should be not problem but the lab would not do the labs until the clinic called. What is the policy so I will know for next time? Thank you

Had appointment, but arrived about an hour early, because of fasting wanted to get done and out. Waited in line to check in and the receptionist was very kind, polite and helpful and I was in and out in probably 15 minutes. The person doing blood draw was equally as kind, polite and efficient. When you can't eat, all you think of is food. Thanks Nellis Lab.

First, I’d like to commend the staff at front for being helpful and courteous. Also, the lady that took my blood sample she was great and friendly. The place was busy but run efficiently. Thank you!!

Crowded but I had an appointment and got right in. Was hard to find the entrance but once I did the service was great. I recommend you make an appointment.

I love the new appointment system where you no longer have to wait to be called in the waiting room and the woman that drew my blood today was the absolute best! I think her name was Sherry. She was extremely gentle and quick.
