Good afternoon, the Mammografy department was incredibly welcoming and the check in was great. My technician was wonderful as usual. Thank you everyone.

Excellent experience. Arrived early for my appointment and was taken back shortly after arrival. Technician was very professional. I was walking out before my actual appointment time!! Fantastic!

I made my appointment online and received all reminders by email. There were no instructions provided about the use of deodorant or lotion in any of the emails. I knew those things from having previous mammograms but other might not know. A comment should be included if there is no phone contact with a real person that can state those instructions.

Technician was kind and considerate. I appreciate that she explained what she was doing during repositioning and why she was doing it. She always told me when she would be back to collect me for the next step, move to the next room, etc.

The on line appointment scheduling is very convenient.

As always the texhnicians and the front desk people were very pleasant.

It was great and was seen right away after I got there early . I did not wait that long and the staff who did my mammogram was very nice and professional.

The mammo. tech was very kind, gentle, and great with instruction.

There is a mask requirement at the clinic yet the unfriendly front desk employees do not wear masks.

New appointment system was easy to access and manage scheduling because it showed all the available dates and time to choose. I liked receiving reminders to make sure I don't miss it.

so great! scheduling is super quick and easy and great communication and reminders via text. was in and out very quickly. The tech whose name i can’t remember (sorry) was so professional, quick and kind. such a positive experience.
