Getting a mammo is not fun but if the patient/client goes in w/a good attitude and follows instructions it's in and out quickly. From booking online to exit experience great notwithstanding it was a mammo. Thank you!

waiting time is not an issue today. My tech lady SA Zou did a great job.

So far waiting is not bad this time. I gave Technician Zou a great job

The team was wonderful and Airman Zou deserves a promotion for her patience. She made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible.

I didn't know that they moved so I was almost late but Salma(Sorry if I'm wrong) took good care of me. It was comfortable and clean.

I like to have a quick check of the results by the radiologist before I leave, and that wasn’t possible. Also, the online appointment-making system is a little confusing, but I noticed two women being sent away to make an appointment online instead of making it while they were there.

The entire experience was wonderful. Loved being able to easily book online rather than waiting on the phone for the appointment line people to set it up for me. I wish the whole hospital appointment line would be available to book online like mammography.

Everyone was very professional and polite. I honestly can’t remember if the online appointment process told me to go to the trailer or not but just in case make sure that is on the reminder if possible. I made it to my appointment early but I ran. Thanks

Didn’t get the mammography accomplished because I noted a discomfort and since the radiologist was not there that day I had to reschedule for 6 weeks later. I must drive 34 miles to get to the MTF and half my day was wasted due to not informing me in advance of the inability to perform the necessary procedure.

The Young lady that did my mammogram was very caring, and understanding. She had so much patience.

The service was smoothly done and satisfied with the technician named Samarh. I thank you very much ???? with her gentle and caring ???? procedure handling patient.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
