I tried calling five different Spectrum companies in my area before I found a lady who did not put me on hold and forget about me. I needed a new cover put on my outside box and it was not a choice of the many things you can "press 1,etc." for. It took me 35 minutes to finally get someone who would get a request in for a replacement. Their customer service is NOT the best. I'd rather get a tooth pulled than to call them!
