Provided by YP.comLong waiting periods (usually minimum 6 weeks), long waiting room periods. Been a patient for over ten years and the one time I am running late (10-15 min) I have to reschedule! Meanwhile every appointment I've had to wait at least that long for the doctor. While they manage my health problems fine, their demeanor and customer service leaves something to be desired.

Provided by YP.comEverytime I have been there I have had to wait for my appointment. Last time, my appointment was at 11:00 and I finally got taken for my appointment at 12:20. The receptionists are not warm and friendly. The doctors are fine, but the service is horrible. Very frustrating.
