Five star? More like one star.

A local in town, who went in to ask some questions about their phone, and get a new one. First off, the bigger lady who may be the manager had an attitude the minute you walked into the door. It was like her eyes burned into you, mad at you for even stepping inside the door. Next off, she was no help at all. All she seemed to do well was yell and bark at one of her coworkers, instead of kindly helping her when she herself had a question. Slow service, and the "manager" was not professional at all. I was in, and had taken notice to her snapping at a young girl who was just standing at the counter waiting to be helped. She had snatched the phone in her hand very oddly, and after a few minutes yelled at the other coworker of her's like a grumpy old lady. After that was finished, she looked at the girl and ordered her to put back a chair next to her, even though 1) she did not work there and 2) she had not brought it out to the place it was in. If I was that girl I would have been very furious with the customer service in this place. New Glarus is full of wonderful, kind people, but the manager there must not be local as she was not an example of what New Glarus had to offer at all. If I can go anywhere else, from now on I will.
