What a great place! If you enjoy experiences that are out of the ordinary, you will love this. Reminiscent of the Panama Hotel in Seattle (read the book, "Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet"). This is the best location for proximity to Yale University, great restaurants and bars, theatre, museums, etc. The staff is courteous and they are right there at the desk 24/7. We have been staying here for the last 4 years while our son was a student at Yale. If you want a typical high priced hotel that is just like every other high priced boring hotel, don’t come here!
