Very Disappointed!

I called them to make a reservation for December 2012. We are doing a road trip from Florida to Texas and stopping in New Orleans for two days. I called to make a reservation and they said they need an interview done at least a day before the dog can stay. When I tell her that we arrive that day and we cannot go the day before since we will not be in New Orleans she says that for the holidays they may be completely booked. Then she says that the dog can be interviewed in Florida and they can transfer the paperwork. Seemed that that was going to work out. I told her ok let’s make the appointment then. She said the appointment can only be made after the interview is done….UHHH excuse me? That doesn’t make any sense…she is telling me that they will be booked but then she doesn’t want to make an appointment for my dog? The whole process doesn’t make sense. My dog is a Maltese used to travel in airplanes, hotels, boarding in many places. She gets along with all kind of pets and I told her this. I will be telling this to all my friends that own pets.

I love camp bow wow. They have a very friendly staff and tons of room for your pooch. They are always sending great information and promotional emails. During ur pooch's stay they will be treated great. Playtime with other dogs there size and u can watch them online incase ur feeling gulity or wanna chenck up on them. I would recommend this place to anyone who feels bad when they leave there pooch for vacation time! Your dog will not be lonely or treated badly ;o)
