I first heard about Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley through a friend of mine at work. She told me how much she loved living here and I am so glad I listened to her suggestion.

I really get such a great value for the amount I spend on rent. Especially because the rent includes, pest control, water, cable, garbage service at the door.

I first found out about the location of Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley through a friend of mine who used to live here. Everyone is super friendly and there is definitely a family atmosphere to the complex.

Everyone that lives here at Carlton arms are courteous and friendly. They are very professional as well which is good that they have a good balance. The rent here is definitely better than other places in the area I would not live anywhere else

The staff here at Carlton Arms are great. I have really got to know all of them and I enjoy being able to joke around with them. They are all such great people who always have a smile on their face. It is a lovely place to live.

The staff here at Carlton Arms go above and beyond for me, they have been great over the years. As a tenant here I feel cared for and respected which is really nice. I am happy here.

I love the amenities I have at Carlton Arms Magnolia Valley, the pool, tennis court , gym, it is all great. I cannot complain about anything, I enjoy living here.

Carlton Arms Magnolia Valley is a peaceful place to live. They honestly go above and beyond for me if I ever need anything. If I need something, twenty minutes is the longest I will wait, and that is not long at all.

Carlton Arms absolutely give me great value for what I am paying for. Very friendly staff as well.

I am so happy moving into Carlton Arms. It's been about a year and the atmosphere here is nothing like anywhere else that I have lived. The neighbors are kind, the staff is generous, and the grounds are kept beautifully. I love the pool area! I've made many good friends living here.

If I could rate it zero I would and would not recommend this complex to anyone. The staff gladly gossips about all of their tenants to everyone without even being asked. Looks good on the outside but forget the inside apartments old and place smells of mold. Office staff puts a tick mark next to your name if you complain they only want tenants that resemble the Stepford Wives; just drop off your rent check on the first like a nice little person and don't complain or ask for something to be fixed. No wonder everyone I meet in the laundry room lately are moving out and they need to replace some of the office staff while they are at it.

Very pleased with living here. It's been about two years, and I am still impressed with how well they keep up with their grounds! The staff is always available when I need them and whenever I have a problem it is fixed in 24 hours or less. Very happy.
