The maintenance here is disgraceful. They charge for open air garage parking and the parking garage is filthy. They have broken down exercise equipment. The pool is very small and unheated with no covered eating areas. There is a water trough area on the property that smells all the time. There are pack wolves that live in the woods behind the building and howl seasonly. There are roof and ceiling leaks all over. There is no air conditioning in the common areas, laundry rooms or hallways on the top two floors nor do the water coolers work. Parking is horrible and hard for visitors to find spaces. The shuffle court is cracked and unusable. The horseshoe area is swamped most of the year. You must buy and install your own ceiling fans. There is no gabage disposal or microwave. The bathroom faucet is plastic. The floor tile is 12 years old. Common area carpet is never shampooed while pet dandruf and hairs are abundant, even on the elevator carpet. The manager is very unfriendly and rude.
