I have been a patient at VMC for many years and I have watched a lot of changes but I have to say that this staff has been great. I have watched some staff changes but I still see some staff that have been there a long time. It is not easy finding dedicated staff and I believe that VMC is finding that crew. They have added more providers and it is easier to get in.
