Five Stars isn't enough to rate the excellent service that we received from Jeff at New Ulm Monument!
My husband and I went to New Ulm Monument with no concept of where to begin. What was offered at New Ulm Monument was the making of our story as a couple, come to be. Nothing was left out of the equation, and we never felt that our request was too difficult to create. Jeff literally took our thoughts and created them into reality. He was able to gently guide and offer suggestions on how best to make our "ideas" come be. From the choosing of the color, type and size of the stone, to the planning on what would best tell our story, Jeff was extremely patient and attentive. Jeff listened to each of our individual "ideas" as we tried to incorporate our life story to come through on our memorial stone. Jeff was never a "pushy" salesperson. He gave us all the time we needed to finalize our memorial stone, which included numerous changes and ideas, and each time with a Jeff SMILE he was ready to start again and excited to try again to make it "ours".
When we saw the finished product installed at the cemetery we were estatic! The memorial stone definitely met our expectations for "high standard" and "high quality", as well as our personal memorial telling our life story. It gave us peace to know that our story will be told for all generations to follow.
