Shady Lakes is a longterm RV summer resort for open from April 15th- October 15th every year. Located in New Windsor, IL, is located 24 miles South of Davenport, IA and 30 miles east of the Mississippi River. The property is 6 miles west of Interstate 74 which runs 20 miles north to Davenport where it meets with Interstates 80 and 88. Because of this Shady Lakes is a 3-hour drive or less from Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, Cedar Rapids and Des Moines. The property provides a secluded campground feel, that is easily accessible to those in the Illinois / Iowa area.
