Provided by YP.comMy wife went to valvoline in vails gate and was told by the tech that she needed a synthetic oil change; and that he would not perform the oil change otherwise. Not knowing, she agreed and received a $75 oil change. Turns out, the tech was either lying or is incompetent, because a call to the dealership where she purchased the vehicle confirmed that a conventional oil change is just fine. Also, the owners manual confirms that the tech lied. This business is unscrupulous and takes advantage of women or those who may not be savvy (not everyone's an auto mechanic). Do Not Patron Valvoline Instant Oil Change!
