Excellent from the moment I walked in the office!

In for IPK foot work. Front desk staff, kind, nice, back office crew, kind-nice, Dr. Rossman, a-gem. Saw me at appointment time, easy stuff.

I have been a patient of Park Avenue Podiatry for at least ten years, and have recommended it to friends and family. Doctor Rossman has taken care of me with skill, consideration and friendship -- I am thoroughly satisfied.

I actually went to the office, because he had great review on-line, have been looking for a podiatrist, bad experience with the last one. Dr. Rossman confirm what I already knew I broke my toe . He gave me a cortisone shot and the inflammation went down, I'm not limping, feel great. I'll be back to see him in about 3 weeks, to plan my surgery. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean. I glad I went to see him.

Always takes his time treating me. He never rushes through an appointment. I have been using Dr. Rossman for the last 7 years. I've never had a bad experience. He is the best!

Dr Rossman spent the time explaining my situation. Never rushed me. Gave me a foot exam and then diagnosed my pain. Treatment for 2 weeks and then easy follow-up recommended.. Also said surgery is last resort.

As well as receiving excellent care from Dr. Rossman I appreciated the fact that he was succinct and to the point in all his communications and advice. I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to wait for my appointment as it is difficult for me to get time off from my job and to get out of the office so 'time' is very important to me The front desk staff were fast and efficient as was the technician who x-rayed me.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rossman. He patiently listened to what happened to my foot. Then he conducted a physical exam to identify the location of the pain. After also doing an X-Ray, he walked me through the image to explain what he saw and why.
Once he diagnosed the problem, he talked to me about proper foot care--he even made a proper foot wrap so that my foot would be supported.
