R. Morgan Rolontz Architecture was established in 2005. Morgan Rolontz, principal, has been practicing architecture in and around New York City for 19 years. RMR Architecture specializes in high-end residential design construction. The firm handles only a select group of projects at one time, ranging from full gut renovations of apartments and townhouses, to ground up construction of some of the finer homes in and around the tri-state area. The firm also works on offices, restaurants and high-end retail. It is not unusual for the firm to take on projects as far west as California and as far south as Florida. Many of RMR Architecture's projects involve cooperative apartment buildings in New York City. The firm is particularly adept at obtaining permission from managing agents with a minimum of compromises, if any. RMR has developed excellent working relationships with an A' list of New York City contractors.
