Dr. Halligan was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. She graduated from St. Elizabeth High School and received a B.S. in Biology from St. Josephs University in Philadelphia. She attended Temple University School of Dentistry graduating in 1985. Following graduation from dental school she completed a general practice residency at Christiana Care. Dr. Halligan has been in practice at her current location since 1990. She is a member of the Delaware State Dental Society and the American Dental Association. She resides in Newark with her husband, Chris, and their three daughters, Leah, Susannah and Brenna. In her leisure time she enjoys reading, gardening, hiking and the beach.
