1 Star only because they were open. Returned a U-haul there. RUDE,RUDE,RUDE. The women working there needs Customer Service Training....in a BAD WAY. the worst customer service in Newnan, Ga. Will not ever use this place ever again, mainly because of her. Nor will I stop telling Friends and family how rude she was. Can not recommend.

Very professional staff. Have always been treated kindly and respectfully here. Have come back to do business with them several times over the years.

My father pased away and they gave me an extremely hard time in retrieving his possessions. Their property manager was rude and uncooperative. They attempted to auction my father's things off over $100. They made me jump through hoops to just to get his things.
