I was in the Texaco on Temple ave today. I went to buy one mt.dew. I took it to the counter and there was no one there to ring it up. I waited 30 seconds or so and said hello. Nothing. I waited another 30 seconds and said hello again. Nothing. I looked around there was only one other person in the store. She said maybe she went to the back. I said hello again louder this time. Nothing. I waited again said hello louder still. Still nothing. By now it has been about 3 or 4 mins. I started to just leave. Then the girl walked out of the back and said I said hold on. So I turn around and said I didn't hear you. She said well I said hold on. So I walked back to the counter and started to hand her my $2 and said well I didn't hear you but I'm in a hurry so can you just ring it up. She said again I said hold on. I said well I have to go. She snatched the bottle and said well go then. I told her she needed to do her job and I would never come back there again. I was so angry. That is some customer service for you! I work in with the public and would never treat a customer that way!
