Diligent and honest when it comes to car repairs and service. They tell you what you need to fix versus others who give you a pick list of repairs not necessarily needed. Suttle Motors is also a local family owned business which is unique in today's mega coast-to-coast large dealer networks who have no community ties.

Worst experience from a body shop I have ever had! Took 4 tries and an extra 2 weeks for them to finally get the repair to an "average" rating. The first THREE attempts were dismal, the paint job looked like an amateur tried painting for the first time. There were splotches in color, drips and runs in the clear coat and over spray all over the vehicle/trim, let alone scratches on the trim and molding. The worst part was that the employees thought that the job was acceptable and were rude when I pointed out the defects. They did agree to re-do the repairs but only after the insurance company and I had to point everything out to them repeatedly! They take no pride in their work and the lack of customer service only makes things that much worse! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and headache of dealing with Suttle and go to a different body shop! I cannot speak to their sales or service departments, just the disappointment in the collision center. When friends learned about my experience they all replied that they had heard horror stories about Suttle, if only I had asked before trusting them with my vehicle!

I bought a 2012 GMC Terrain by Jeff Pelfrey. He was extremely friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. He made everything so easy! Their fees were very reasonable and MUCH less than all other dealerships. They definitely work with you on every aspect of the process. My next new car will definitely be bought at Suttle!

I have taken my Saturn Outlook there for service many times and never had any issues with the service. The shuttle took me home and brought me back when my car was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back!
