Provided by YP.comOne star is the only option as no stars or 5 negative stars wouldn't be enough to rate how abysmally incompetent and utterly rude these people are. I wouldn't trust them to sew on one button without it being sewn on in the wrong place and hanging loose with one thread.
The very first time I brought them a small bag for my cell phone a year ago to move some Velcro strips on the bag, they didn't even sew the Velcro on and GLUED it on which tore off the very first time I tried it while I was in the store. They then sewed it on with stitching that looked like Frankenstein's head and the Velcro was crooked and didn't even line up straight.
I should have know better than to go back almost a year later with the same job on a new bag, but I couldn't believe that they could screw it up yet again. My mistake - it was even worse than the first time with the Velcro not only in the wrong place but crooked and not even sewn on - and it took them THREE WEEKS to screw this one up! When I actually had the the audacity to mention that the Velcro was not even put on in the right place the woman said to me that she would get it right seeing as quote "I was BELLYACHING about it." Of all the rude, asinine nerve to say that to a customer simply because I said that they didn't even get the stuff put on securely, crooked, and not in the right place is beyond ridiculous.
I would not take ANYTHING to these morons if you wanted something done unless it was putting a stamp on an envelope that you didn't care went on straight, in the right place, or even stuck on.
