I would like to rate the hot pizza but since they delivered it to me and 1 1/2 later from a 7 minute walk. I can't rate cold really cold pizza. Putting in the microwave made it worse. Staying at resort without a oven. This really sucked. No response from Manger. I told the resort they should never recommend this slow pizza to its guest. Cold pizza should be good. This one sucked. Never again. Like I said never had it hot. Call at beginning of a basketball game pizza didn't arrive until halftime. Umph....

While it was several years between visits, I have, and continue to, thoroughly enjoy the food and service at Nikolas'. The only downside is I don't see the owner. Chris Young, nearly enough. He puts such a personal touch on service and is the consumate host. I'll hopefully see him during my next visit!
