Installation of bathroom exhaust fan and attic fan. There was no clean up. Drywall pieces, dust and fiberglass insulation all over the bathroom and around attic access areas in hallway and bed room carpets. A lot also was tracked throughout my house by them. My home vacuum cleaner was utilized for partial clean up by them without asking. Dirty hand prints were not cleaned up, (Ceiling and attic access cover).Attic fan was set to low, (75 degrees) it runs even when outside temperature is in low 60's. I called and talked to "Bill" who said he was the owner and complained. His reply was that they were not a "cleaning company". So I was wrong in assuming they would leave no mess behind.They also used my cordless drill without asking. I have hours of follow up cleaning as well as venturing into the attic through an overhead access to adjust the fan temperature.I will not use this company again!!!

I put a call in on a Sunday for service on a Monday, the operator said it would be set up for Monday. Monday morning put several calls in to the shop and was told a technician would be getting back to me with an arrival time. As the day went on I called periodically not to be a bother but to find out a time frame of arrival to plan the day. When it became after hours I called more frequently because of concern. At 6:51 PM I finally received a call back from a tech, and he began to state that they "really don't work on the type of furnace that was in my house", and proceeded to give me numbers of other Contractors that did, when I interrupted him stated that the information that they don't work on Carrier units would have been useful in the morning when I could have found someone to work on the furnace that day he became irrate and stated he did not care and proceeded to hang up on me. Therefore as a honest consumer and Homeowner I suggest to anyone to not contact this outfit for any reason.

phillips directed me to where i could get a part for my furnance when he could have not told me and done the installation himself.next major job i need will be his.
