I unfortunately witnessed a u.s. cellular associate outright lie to a customer who had a prepaid plan. Telling them they had a balance on their pre paid plan. Not only that the associate gave them the wrong 800 number for corporate. Normally, the associates are quite helpful I only hope the associate was having a terrible day and unfortunately took it out on a customer
