Creative Development Co was founded in 1970 to buy and operate commercial real estate. At present we own and operate 1, 800, 000 square feet of property in between routes 128 and 495 west and south. There are several large mill complexes and a large warehouse in our portfolio. The balance of the properties consists of smaller manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and office buildings. The company has a dozen employees who solve electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. As licensed contractors, we do most of our tenant fit-ups ourselves, and work as general contractors when necessary.
