I would not recommend Kim Gilbert. After I left an initial voicemail stating my health insurance, availability and general issues, she replied via voicemail that she could see me and mentioned available times. After playing telephone tag for several days we were finally able to talk directly. Despite leaving me a message 20 minutes prior, reminding me of her availability, she suddenly was "jammed packed". I mentioned I could see her for the 2nd appt. available and that was taken as well. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure of her long-term availability, either.



Again, she knew my schedule, my insurance coverage and general issues for nearly a week. Twenty minutes prior to our talking directly, she was available. After mentioning I would not be joining an HMO or PPO plan her 1st availability was suddenly booked. After mentioning I also work in the mental health field her 2nd available appointment was suddenly booked. After mentioning that I once worked with a well-known expert (in the true sense of the word) she wasn't sure if she'd be able to see me in the Fall, either.



When I mentioned it seemed that she simply wasn't interested in seeing me, reminding her that 20 minutes prior to our conversation she had 2 appointments available this week, she said she had to end the conversation.



I did not find Kim to be kind or professional. I have since learned this is not the first time she acts as though she is available, stringing people along only to claim being "overbooked" later.
