Provided by YP.comMy neighbor had this lowes install their house full of windows and their doors. The installers did a wonderful job. I called up looking to have that installer for my window replacements and found they weren't there anymore and I had to go through this guy named Jay. He sounded like a complete joke and turns out he was. I asked my neighbor if they delt with him and it turns out they did. They agreed with me on his discription and said that he underminded the installers and made some installion comments that even they (the home owners) new were completely wrong. If the home owners know more then the project specialist then there is something wrong. I went directly through their old installer, lowes lost my buisness, but the install was marvelous
