Have used ORS for years. Transactions have always been smooth and prices as quoted. Have even asked if they would install parts headlights, handles and the like which I supplied and they have quoted a price, scheduled an install and followed thru. I have checked around for quotes and ORS has afforded the best pricing. You may hear gripping from different folks but I have NONE. And as with any good business, loyal customers tend to get the sense that they get special consideration. Walk in the office, take a look around, look at all of the photos of specialty cars David has fashioned and taken to Vegas. Pretty impressive.

Someone had smashed into my Nissan Maxima in a parking lot, demolishing the passenger side rear. I thought for sure it would take two to three thousand dollars to fix it. But to my pleasant surprise, ORS gave me an estimate that was well below that number.
I knew I had picked the right body shop from the minute I walked into their office. Unlike most of the body shops I had seen, ORS was clean and very professional looking, and talking to the owner, David, was such a pleasure. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
I dropped my car off at ORS and picked it up ten days later. It was good as new! and the price I paid was exactly as estimated (no unpleasant surprises) and the pearl white color match was spot on!

I took my car to ORS Auto Body and Collision after I had an accident to have repairs done and when I got it back the interior of my car was filthy. What kind of place gives your car back to you dirtier than when it was brought in? I am very disappointed with their work ethics. They hardly ever answer the phone and the man that works at the desk usually that is supposed to answer the phone as well is a dishonest idiot. You'll be lucky to ever figure out when you're car will be ready.

Do not go here to get your windows tinted period. My car wasn't cleaned after they tinted the windows, it was cleaner when I brought it in than when I left with it. Doing the job right means cleaning up after your mess!

Staff was rude also.

I have taken 2 cars to this place and been dissatisfied on both occasions, especially after taking a closer look at the cars. Just fixing a car isn't enough, if you want to be a better business then make the cars that you send back to the owners look great instead of sloppily done and looking like you clearly only cared about getting paid. A customer should feel cared about.
