The people are warm & friendly and the cookies are ��awesome!

I have purchased cookies from Nancy at Cookies To Go for over five years now. Numerous Holidays, Graduations, Family gatherings, etc. The cookies that she makes are always beautifully decorated, delicious, and fresh. Nancy goes out of her way to make sure her customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend her and her cookies to you for any type of celebration that you are planning. I moved to Streetsboro, Ohio two years ago, still order, and drive to Trumbull County for her bakery items. She is dedicated to her customers, and you would not be disappointed in her baked goods. Delish !!!

It was after 7pm and a group of us were attending a painting class a few buildings down from this shop. Because of snow on streets it was difficult to find parking, this shop shares parking with the Belleria. Two of our vehicles parked in this parking lot (that has no public/private parking signs anywhere), the owner Nancy opened the door of the painting class interrupted very rudely and nasty telling us the cars had to go. You would think she may utilize this neighboring business and try and push her cookies to a bunch of women. But her careless tone and manner will insure that she will never receive business from any of us EVER! Lastly the worst part of all the this is her store Cookies to go was CLOSED at this time anyways. Relationships create a successful small business.

Yummy best cookies ever. And very friendly staff. Will defintly be back. N have them make the cookies for my wedding

I have had these cookie for awhile now and I love them. My favorite are the English Toffee, however they are always coming out with NEW flavors. My daughter has me get their Frosted Sugar Cookies every week. Thanks for the wonderful service and GREAT COOKIE :) I give 5 stars!!

I don't know how the cookies are at cookies to go, but I for one, will not be finding out. I pulled into the parking lot on Robbins Ave to pick up a take out order for a neighboring business. I saw the cookie shop, and thought cool I'll pick up cookies for dessert. I get out of my car, and get screamed at by the owner because I parked in front of her shop and I need to move to make room for her customers. Ummm no, I will not move my car in a public parking lot. And there are no signs indicating parking for cookies to go only. Might I suggest Nancy, that you work on your people skills. I'm an unsatisfied customer, before I got the opportunity to be a customer. A one star rating only because i have to give one
