Horrible!! I gave a good review earlier because of the nice young man but after opening the back of my SUV (after it was supposedly detailed) there was straw and dirt in the back end. Drink holder in front seat not even wiped off. Visible dirt. Automagic's cheapest carwash does a better job than this supposed "detail" job that I paid for

DON'T USE - RIP OFF I purchased a special price offer through the "Daily Deals" affiliated with KY3 on April 5, 2013. I called and spoke to the owner who was kind enough to schedule an appointment for me on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 9:00am even thought they were normally closed on Saturdays. While I was still on the phone with him he asked an employee if he would be willing to come in on Saturday and he said yes. I show up on Saturday April 13, 2013 just prior to 9:00am drop off my car and my keys, he says it will be done around 1:00pm. I am thinking, I am going to need to give them a big tip for working with me on Saturday. I come back at 1:10pm to pick up my vehicle and it is still parked in the parking lot, untouched, unlocked, with my keys under the floor mat and the business is closed wand no one is around. (I guess I should be glad my vehicle was still there) I call and leave a message on their business phone. At 2:10pm I get a call from the employee, who says his boss had called me the night before and left me a voice mail message stating they wouldn't be able to do the job on Saturday. He then says he was surprised to see me and he was wondering why I was there because he had a job in Branson that he had to do. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no, I wanted my money back, plus money for my gas and time that I wasted. He said that wasn't happening but I could call KY3 and get my money back from them. (My question is, if any of what he said was true then why was he there and why did he take my keys and let me drop off my car, and why did he tell me it would be done at 1:00pm) They never called me to tell me any of this, even though my name and cell phone number is written in big lettering on 3 sides of my vehicles windows. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!

I have used this company a few times. I have a plane that they did and let me say it looks better then when i got it a few years ago. The price was just right for the work they did.

Believe this place is out of business now. I purchased back in Feb 2012 a Complete Auto Detail from LivingSocial. I've been trying to call this place for over a week to setup an appointment before my offer expires on Sept 1st. Phone seems to go to a cell phone voicemail. Left numerous messages and no return call. Contacted LivingSocial about issue and got a full refund due to them being out of business. If you purchased any LivingSocial or Groupon from this company, get a refund ASAP!

After reading the review about the possibility that this was not a legitimate business, I called them to verify my appointment for today. I was able to leave a message and my call was returned in about 10 minutes. I learned that they had moved locations (right across the street in the industrial park). I had purchased the Living Social deal and added a wax. I was very pleased with how my car looked and smelled!! The owner took the extra time to make sure that I was pleased with every detail. I would definitely use Second Chance Auto & Detailing again.

Stay Away! I found this business through Living Social. I came to this site, and I read the reviews. Everything seemed great, so I purchased a voucher. Then after 2 months of unanswered phone calls (not one time did a person answer, and the voicemail was always too full to leave a message) and no response to emails I got worried. My husband and I drove by the "address" and found an empty building with a For Lease sign in the lawn. I believe this business is a complete scam. I don't believe it is a business at all. Simply someone who is trying to make money by fooling Living Social users into buying certificates from a non-existent company. I was lucky enough to get my money refunded, but I highly recommend avoiding any business or interaction with anyone or anything who claims to be from this "company".

This is a great company and would highly recommend this business to anybody looking to get a very thorough Car Detailing. I had my truck and car detailed here and the outside/inside look like they came off the showroom floor! The steam cleaning of the carpet was a great...it got every stain out of my interior carpets...unbelievable job!

I had boat done in summer. I went to see it after the snow and it still looked like it did when they did my boat 6 months ago. They went to my dock at the lake. I would trust them on any fiberglass. Price was good. Great workers. I have many cars and boats done from them. Keep up the great service.

Had my car detailed many times , looks good and smells new!!! Had my oil changed!!! Very good worker!!! Will come back!!!

Second Chance Auto does a Great job...got a full detail and and paint touch up... Would recomend to anyone!!!! the number one thing for them is, u need them early there are there, u need them late they make time A++ for Customer Service!!!
