I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night, flooding my upstairs bathroom and downstairs living room. I freaked out. So I went online, called several companies and Floodmasters was the only one that answered. They came right out and started working that night. They removed the damaged sheetrock, sucked out the water and cleaned up. Then they put a bunch of machines in my house and left it for four days. They told me everything had to dry thoroughly before they could fix it. After that four days, they took their equipment out and started repairs. When they were done, it actually looked great.



The whole thing was a big pain in the rump, but Floodmasters made it much more bearable. They explained everything to me throughout the process, and most importantly, they dealt with my insurance company (I have very little patience for all their red tape). Truth be told, my living room looks better now than it did before. Floodmasters did good by me.

When a pipe in our house broke and flooded out kitchen at 3 am, floodmasters was there. I found them on the interent. I looked through quite a few sites and decided that I really liked thier's. At first glance, it looked like they knew what they were talking about. When I called, a man answered the phone (impressed me cause it was 3am and I didn't get a recording). I told him the problem and he was there in an hour. Even walked me through how to turn off the water until he got there. They had the pipe fixed and my house back to normal (or pre-flood condition as he called it) within a week! Great work!
