I went in to find out what was wrong with my vehicle...I was told the issue and got an estimate of over $700. Decided to take my car to the dealership instead and was told something totally different. I'm really annoyed because the entire time I believed Pep boys and almost gave in to have the (unnecessary) repairs done. So glad my instincts kicked in before I allowed them to rob me. Never again!!

Best car services I ever had! I usually go to NTB but since they were closed I decided to try pep boys since they were open later. Don Peterson was the guy who helped me. As a women I don’t know much about cars and thought they were going to charge me an arm and leg and get over on me but they didn’t. He updated me on the status of my car as I waited and also suggested things I should look into getting fixed in the near future. I loved that when I didn’t understand something he took the time to explain it to me without brushing me off. I would defiantly go back!!!

The people who work here are veryfriendly and will help you find what you need. They had all the parts we needed. The restrooms though aren't that sanitary.
