That they have the worst management in their Dunkin Donut stores I have ever seen. The pay is horrible, they do nothing for part time employees, even their managers are treated badly. They are on salaried for 40 hrs but must work 6 days a week. They only offer insurance for management staff, which is outrageously priced. They expect their employees to go go go yet they are not compensated for doing so. This leads to extremely low moral. They also portray an extremely hostile work environment basically the attitude of if you dont like it leave, there are plenty of people who will take your place type attitude, now if that isnt hostile I dont know what is...

Very unprofessional management in their Dunkin Donut's stores. I walked into 3 different stores near my work to witness employess being berated and belittled by managers to the point they were in tears right in front of customers!
