DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I worked for this company for about 2 years. They over price everything. They treat their employees as disposable. Customer Service is not at the top of their agenda. Making money is at all costs to the customer. They send out sub standard items then put it as "industry standards" for issues in size, color etc. I only put the 1 Start on because you have no choice. Some of the people that work there are wonderful but the Owners are married and have brought in all family, it's all about lining their pockets!

My experience with TheSignChef has been fantastic. I needed a very customized sign (multiple layers, multiple materials, lighted), and they understood what I was looking for immediately and were able to deliver. Most, if not all, of the other sign places I looked at were far more limited.



The service was great. Kelly was extremely friendly and always responded quickly to my emails. Likewise with their GM. When I received the sign, the color seemed very muted on the back of the clear acrylic. I guess the colors look different on my computer than on theirs, but I spoke to the manager there, and he helped get the problem fixed in a timely manner.



Very satisfied and will definitely use again.

I have used this company a lot because they are reasonably priced and we actually have had good quality from their Dibond signs. Unfortunately their company is not very well managed at all. I am going on 4 weeks without a delivery date and their estimated production time is 7-10 days. They keep giving me the run around and even go so far as 'guaranteeing' it is going to finally be shipped out the next day even though it never was. Seriously, people have deadlines to meet, this is incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional.

This company is poorly managed, and it shows, e.g. horrible customer service, cheap poorly constructed signs, no accountability, no professionalism, missed deadlines, apparent high turnover due to the number of people I had to speak with, and many lies/tricks/excuses used to avoid paying refund to customer. Please consider yourself warned, and stay away! Pay extra at a professionally-run company, and get the quality you deserve.

I only gave them one star because I had to at least put that. This company has a "customer satisfaction guaranteed" posted on their website but they do not, by no means, provide that type of service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the Supervisors thinking I was on mute, laughing at me for being upset. I had been lied to about my order from day 1. Then they attempted to stick me with extra fees. Do not do business with this company. Complete rip offs!

Terrible experience very slow process and customer service was less then helpful. It has also been over a month and I have yet to receive a refund on an overpayment. You may save a few bucks with this company but the head ache is far from worth it.

Ordered some custom made decals.

First, they lost my order, then they said they know they give you a different material as advertised. The paper that they put it on looked like a 3 year old had done it.



Also they packed the decals so poorly, they were damaged when they got through shipping.



If you like to pay premium for cheap quality damaged signs, then the Sign Chef is the place to go!

I was looking for a specific "Man cave" sign and they gave me everything I asked for! I even had them change some stuff on the sign, and they did it with no problems! I was getting the sign as a gift for my brother in law and he loves it! I will definately be using them again. Reasonable price, they kept in contact with me and if I emailed them first, they responded to me very quickly. I was a little skeptical since I had never had anything custom made before and, quite honestly, I am not a creative person, but they took over and gave me so much more then I was expecting! Thank you!!

What a pleasure it was dealing with TheSignChef. My company is right down the street, but if I were miles away...all the better to have folks so responsive. We requested several changes. They never grumbled (at least not so we knew it <smile>). Their folks helped with design ( our originals were fuzzy). They were fast. The final product was exactly what we wanted and delivered as promised. Great experience.

Very Professional. I had several proofs and all the staff at the Sign Chef were very patient with me. I wearied through the process and their patients helped a lot. I recommend working with their commercial artist rather than going alone. I was not so familiar with pixels and colors and stuff like that so some of the recommendations did not make much sense but, their explanations did.
