The manager was outside smoking when I pulled up. She asked me to roll my window up. I told her no it was fine. She remarked she was just trying to help, I said I understand but there is nothing worth stealing in my car so I will leave the window rolled down. She did an eye roll and said well I think you should roll it up. Let her know that I wasn't going to roll it up and would be calling corp. on this situation since there is no reason for her to be upset/get an attitude with me when its my vehicle. She let me know I'm never allowed in the store again.



The guy from corp who called said that they have the right to refuse anyone service, that I shouldn't have said anything to her when she told me to roll my window up and that eye rolling/tones are not against their policy. He let me know he would contact the district manager. Not happy so far with how they are handling the situation.
