Sport jacket - shorten 2 sleeve cuffs. Visit #1: drop-off and marking, Visit #2: pick-up. Visit #3 - return - sleeve lining not shortened along with sleeve (hung below cuff opening). Visit #4: pick-up - lining still hangs below cuff (not actually adjusted?), waited until actually done. VISIT#5: returned again - other sleeve had tick-stitch, waited until this other sleeve actually done. No refund (refused coupon for "next??" purchase! Do not pay upfront - wait to see results. Or better yet go to one of many locally-based tailoring shops. (July 2016)
