I didn't actually use this daycare facility because I have called at least 8 times during business hours over the last three days that they were open and nobody ever answered the phone. I got their voicemail every time and left at least 3 messages with my cell number - never got a call back. You would think if somebody leaves a message saying they were a potential new customer, they would at least have the decency to return the call...Unfortunate.
