I wish I could give no starts because this place deserves to be shutdown! Do Not Rent here! I moved out



after 5 months of living here because it was horrible! you cannot control you apartment's heat because



they turn it on from the main system. Everyone shares one boiler so you will run out of hot water if your



neighbors in the shower the same time you are. There's only one washer/dryer in each building (4



apartments) that's always broken and if you report that to the leasing office, they tell you to call the



laundry company yourself. When I moved out, I paid $1500 for the termination fee, caused no damages



and cleaned the apartment. The leasing officer checked the apartment upon move out and confirmed that



we will get our security deposit back because there are no damages. However,I got a letter in the mail



from them 3 weeks later, saying that we caused damages to flooring which costs us our security deposit



($700 including pet deposit) and they want to charge us $500 more!!! they are a bunch of thieves!! run



away from this place.
