Provided by YP.comI asked for a regular cleaning, said I needed a deep cleaning but insurance would not cover, took an x-ray without my permission then said could do nothing for me, so no cleaning. Three months later billed my insurance for $100 for 2 minutes of doing nothing. Scam! Stay away!
