We have been sitting on the side of the highway 13 miles away from Norwich tire for OVER two hours now just waiting on them to deliver a trailer tire. State truck stopped, got tire lose and jacked up, all the idiot had to do was deliver the tire, it took so long the state guy had to leave. Redicous wait time! Zero stars

my family and II've been going to Norwich tire for many many years we have always had good service however on Saturday October 18th 2014 my older father went in there to have a tire looked atwith a nail in it he was rudely greeted by an employee saying no we don't have any f`ing timeto look at your tirethis is completely unacceptable and no way to treat a long time loyal customer we have many people over the years which we will no longer do and we will never go back to this business again
