This review is for CONTINUING CARE AT FOX RUN



I had both mom and dad living here since Fall 2015. Have had numerous issues that never get resolved--the biggest one is lack of communication and follow up with staff.

Overall, there are many shortcomings with this place:

1. Lack of communication between staff members and staff and family

2. Lack of accountability

3. Small resident rooms--bathrooms not set up to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers

4. Dining room--very crowded and cramped. Not designed for residents in wheelchairs. The food is subpar.

5. Rehabilitation department--seems like they do not want to do rehab. After 10 visits they stop when resident is "not progressing". I have done PT many times--I know it can take weeks of therapy for improvement. My mom went to Continuing Care at Fox Run after a fall--she is still in a wheelchair due to lack of therapy.

6. Activities: it is not uncommon to see most of the residents lined up in front of the TV.
