Lived here over 10 years management changes a lot but same person for the last couple years. Company has a lot of properties and management is spread super thin as well as maintenance but every morning our landlord is here at 9am and will smile and wave if you pass by. Maintenence man is polite courteous and new, miss the old guy but again I have a feeling that the company higher up the chain is more of a "shit rolls down hill" but as a place to have your home your children pets and life I would recommend it. Never have any safety or crime issues and everything is well maintained

I have heard horror stories about the new management. My husband and myself, along w/ 2 children had considered this place as an option when we decided to move to Oak Grove. My husband spoke to the management 1 time and said she was very rude. That's when we started seeing and hearing all of the bad reviews and complaints. It is a shame, looks like it would have been a nice place to live.

When Ashley worked there it was good, now that we moved out and called to ask about a security deposit we got threatened, hung up on and I was on break to make a call and Jill hung up on me then called back to my work company and kept telling us that the phone call was being recorded, she went on and on about how its being recorded which would be AMAZING if it was because I would love for her boss to here the threats and remarks she was making at me. My attorney is now contacting them tomorrow to speak with Jill. She harassed me by calling back my work then threatening me, then she also was like I am going to send you to our attorney, very bad person working for this company because we've been moved out for months now and just asked where the security deposit was and she kept calling me honey and then said how long have you done your job because I have done this for 10 years, Rude person and if her phone calls are TRULY recorded then her boss will not keep her around after what she said to me!
