I don't know if these veviews are taken seriously by viewers. But I still need to express my thoughts. I have never in my 70 years of life, been treated with disrespect by any busness, until recently. At the Oak Harbor Pizza Factory, I paid $13.48 for a pizza. While I waited, the clerk came to me and said I owed about $4.00 more. I got out a $5 bill and went up to the register to pay. As I was about to pay her I said nicely but frustrated, "I wish I would have known that earlier, I would have ordered a cheaper pizza". That comment started the most bazaar situation that I've ever experienced. The owner kicked me out. She made comments and gestures that were unappropriate. I even asked her, "why are you being rude to me, I'm not being rude to you?". If she treats her customers this way, I wonder how she treats her staff? Thank you for listening.

The Oak Harbor Pizza Factory has very poor customer service. I've never been treated so rudely in my life, and by the owner no less. I didn't even get to try the pizza, as my mother and I were kicked out simply because she changed her mind and wanted to order a less expensive pizza. This was AFTER (a nice girl) had said she made a mistake and we owed more money. The owner came over, I assume thinking we were complaining about the price's (which we were not) and said "if you want a cheaper pizza you can go to... (another place in OH)" Then began yelling at us, saying rude things to my mother and telling us to "GET OUT!" Really??? Kicked out??? I thought people were only kicked out of places for things like yelling, having a foul mouth or inappropriate clothing. We were the ones being yelled at! I am still stunned over the lack of professionalism. From reading other reviews, It seems like I am not the only one who has had an awful experience in dealing with the owner.

We only went here once and that will be it. We ordered a meaty pizza. There was a very long hair in it. The owner, I'm guessing, tried to tell my husband there was not a hair or it was our hair. (IT WAS AT LEAST A FOOT LONG). Then how did it get under the cheese??? Disgusting, made us another pizza. We relunctantly ate once slice each and could not eat the rest in fear another hair was in the pizza. I do not recommend it at all. bad customer service. We went back in December 2011f just an fyi on dates in case ownership has changed.

more than half the game machine don't work and there are no out of order signs on any of them. for some reason they don't have cheese at pizza factor! really? the service takes for ever. they bring the salad after your pizza. overall it dirty. nothing to do. pizza is ok. would not recommend coming here

Try them out. Good pizza and good prices.
