About half of the way through the lease they asked us to move out early so the owners of the property could move back in. We had the worst time finding a place because they were giving us bad rental references. When we were finally approved for a different home we put a holding fee down on it. Only after we moved out did they tell me that we weren't obligated to move out before the lease. And somehow they found a way to take $2000 from our deposit even though we went out of our way to move out before the lease was up. I would never recommend this company.

They will charge u for every penny they can and want u to hold up your end but wont do the same on theres. Very rude threatening and absolutely the most unorganized group ive ever dealt with!!!!

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Employees are rude and they don't care about anything but getting their money. They refuse to help honest hard working people with special circumstances no matter how small they may be. I cleaned my house perfectly before moving out and they nit picked the tiniest details and charged me ridiculous amounts for them. A rental company in Washington state by law has 14 days to return your deposit and they will take every last second of those 14 days to get it back to you. I even gave them a cancelled check to get my deposit back through direct deposit because i didn't have a forwarding address at the time and they refused to use it even though it was an option on their paperwork. Steer very clear and stay away from Tara Properties.
