Provided by YP.comI am so upset with this doctors office! They lost all records of giving my babies their shots. That is so unprofessional and the lady at the front desk called me a liar. I asked for all of my babies doctor records and then she said that they cost $1 per page!? Not to mention, every time I go in there there are kids running crazy and throwing things. I will never recommend that place to ANYONE!
